feeling is healing

When you understand healing is a process of transformation, and not just an abatement of symptoms, you realize the power for your healing lies within you. The most powerful place of transformation and change is at a level which only you can access.

To commit to yourself at this level means to summon the characteristics of the healer that dwells within each one of us. You elevate your power to becoming the healer that heals itself. This does not mean that you abandon the teachers or practitioners in your life that are assisting you with symptoms and other elements of your healing journey. It means you are engaging yourself at the more powerful subtle energy realm, from which the original instructions for creating "you" right now is coming.

Becoming your own healer means having no agenda, no expectations, no judgement, no labeling of good/bad, right/wrong. It requires acceptance of where you are now and awareness with an open heart and mind to your feelings, thoughts, and actions in each day, or even in each moment. It is a process that develops neutrality, understanding, and compassion. It is a physics that exemplifies the Law of Conservation, whereby energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only transformed. It is engaging alchemy of yourself.

The laboratory for this alchemy and transformational work is the make up of your daily life. The feelings that arise are the exact tools needed for creating your healing. Every feeling clues you into the energy that needs to be transformed. Old patterns of suppression can be seen. Lower emotional states identify themselves. You move forward, letting go of trying not to feel, breaking learned habits of defensiveness, opening up to whatever arises within you, and walking through to the end the feelings that fill the space. And all the while, your courageous actions at the conscious level are creating monumental change at the subconscious level.

The result over time is the creation of the life you have always imagined. You stop being tossed around by unconscious habitual patterns and emotional extremes; your base reality is centered, calm, and fulfilled. You have done the hard work of transformation and healing through the meta-science of your being and the manifestation of this as your daily life and experiences. And, you will see now, that this is just the beginning.

Negative emotions like loneliness, envy, and guilt have an important role to play in a happy life; they’re big, flashing signs that something needs to change.
