Heal . Integrate

Health and wellbeing is a body and mind in balance. Any physical or mental stressor can cause the mind-body link to become disrupted. It now needs to be integrated, or reconnected, to restore full health.

Trauma . Injury . Illness . Anxiety . Depression . Repetitive Misalignment . Other High Stress

The body holds trauma that we cannot process. It remains there as a subconscious memory locking in stress messaging. Over time, what appears to be a mysterious physical issue has as its root cause an unresolved trauma response. Once the trauma comes up for release, the body can process this held stress and reconnect with the mind. You can learn how to facilitate this for your own healing.

A Word from Randy …

Randy Olson

As a retired medical professional for over 30 years, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of people helping them recover from injury and pain. It was my experience in the medical setting that taught me about healing; that modern therapies and tools can be very helpful in the healing process, but for some people these techniques were not effective. This led me to deeper study and research, and has led to what we now know. The body and the mind must work together.

Modern science has proven that the mind plays a powerful role in both getting sick and getting well. When we learn to use this principle, we can not only find healing but transformation.

No matter where you are at in your search for healing, no matter what kinds of things you are doing in an attempt to heal your body and your mind, your efforts will be enhanced and exponentially more powerful when you add a few simple practices to your overall commitment to restoration and wholeness. It's time to put into action the innate power within us to help us heal and live the vibrant life we know is possible.
